E-Commerce Assistant (internship)

Within the EMEA headquarters you will be part of the E-commerce team under the supervision of its manager. The Official Bandai Namco Store https://store.bandainamcoent.eu/ sells premium and limited physical items (Collector’s Editions, Figurines, Vinyl...) as well as digital games to our fans in Europe, Australia and Middle East. Our goal is to offer great services and local customer experience (currencies, languages) while offering many advantages to our community (loyalty program, pre-order bonuses...) As an e-commerce intern, you will be involved in every step of our online store, from product page creation to promotional campaigns and performance analysis. Your missions will include (non-exhaustive list): • Create and optimize product pages with a strong focus on SEO and user experience (UX) • Work with internal teams to produce product visuals and descriptions, ensuring all content meets our brand standards • Keep the product catalog up to date (localization, pricing, stock levels, pre-order availability) • Plan and run promotional campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Summer Sale) and analyze their performance to identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with our Social media and CRM teams to ensure our products get maximum visibility across channels • Monitor the website to ensure a seamless customer experience: smooth navigation, bug-free functionality, and accurate translations • Monitor competitors and e-commerce trends This internship might interest students who would like to discover the field of e-commerce in a fun, dynamic, and international environment.
